The first version of Persian spell check was developed by Bahram Maravandi on 25 June 2018. It was later updated on 3 April 2019 and again on 20 November 2019.
First version - 2018-06-25 - Persian Dictionary by Bahram Maravandi (12,828 users)
Second version - 2019-04-03 - Lilak by man194 (85 users)
Third version - 2019-11-20 - Lilak, Persian Spell Checker Dictionary by Mostafa Sedaghat Joo (410 users)
The second version used the same affix file but updated the tags in dic file.
Third version made minor changes to affix file, updated the tags and also removed / added a few hundred words.
So the third version seems to be the most accurate one. There seems to be no libre-office version available.
